The point we emphasize is strong confidence in our original nature

Transformation Through Body, Mind, and Connection

I guide somatic work, supporting the body’s innate capacity to regulate and realign. In connection with another, we open the path to natural harmony.

Returning Home In Your Body

Everyone already has the inner resources to restore balance and harmony. My role is to support this process, helping the mind-body system reprocess physical, emotional, and mental imprints that may have been stored over time.

Rather than forcing change, this work is about creating the conditions in which the body’s inherent process of integration can emerge and unfold organically.

Stressful events, intergenerational family patterns, social conditioning, accidents, aggressions, overwhelming emotions, deeply rooted beliefs, and more, all leave traces. Under certain conditions, these impressions become internalized and gradually shape the filter through which we perceive, act, and respond.

The life event itself is not the only factor at play. More often, our lived experience is shaped by the quality of support we receive and by how deeply we feel seen, recognized, and able to share with another what we have gone through. As Thich Nhat Hanh wrote, “To be loved is to be recognized.” Simple and direct.

Through the work I offer, internalized experiences that are ready to surface can emerge, find expression, and be gently integrated. This is a gradual and respectful process that begins with the language of the body and unfolds with patience and care, allowing for a deeper and more authentic connection with yourself and the world around you.

While each journey is unique, the intention remains the same: to restore harmony, to allow movement where there has been holding, and to reconnect you with your original, authentic sense of self, the core of you, in the present moment.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, and my sessions are not a substitute for medical care.  Please consult with a healthcare professional when needed.

After completing a three-year Zen Shiatsu school, I explored the interplay of elements in the body, the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Shiatsu distilled down to the essence of each meridian's functions and how they relate to the totality of the human experience.

Session after session, I grew increasingly drawn to non-directive approaches, where presence and attentive listening are the main tool.

I thus enriched my practice with workshops in gentle techniques for Fascia Release, recognizing fascia as an extraordinarily intelligent tissue: flexible, deeply interconnected with the nervous system, capable not only of storing vast information but also of processing it. This path naturally led me to explore spontaneous movement and, ultimately, to discover the fascinating world of Seiki Soho and Katsugen.
Ampuku (Japanese abdominal acupressure) has also been very influential in my work.

Seiki Soho can be understood as the "technique for working with vital life energy”, it reflects the core principles of Shiatsu (attunement, presence), yet it approaches touch more as a relational art than as a method: less structured, highly receptive, and shaped by the immediacy of each moment. Seiki is subtle, attentive, responsive, intuitive, relational, precise, compassionate. A non-judgmental way of being together, and re-empowers the receiver. These qualities underpin many other therapeutic practices, yet in Seiki they are explored and expressed with remarkable depth and specificity.

During a session, we meet in deep listening. As the system shifts from alertness to calm, inhibitory patterns relax, allowing a quiet sense of support to emerge. In these conditions, the body’s inherent wisdom can take the lead.

Experiences may manifest in many ways: memories surfacing like dreams, emotions emerging, sudden insights, deep rest, and profound stillness.
The breath often changes, hand in hand with the unfolding of the session, it may fasten or deepen, more fulfilling, as if reaching places never accessed before.
Spontaneous movements may arise, a visible expression of this primary self-regulating force.
These manifestations often feel extraordinary, yet simultaneously familiar and ever-present: raw, natural, automatic, and intelligent, constantly seeking to process life and move from Chaos to Kosmos (harmony, homeostasis, and health), through both the most tangible and the most subtle layers of being.

Receivers often report signs of nervous system regulation and express a sense of coming back to themselves. It is a progressive clearing process.
Pain and physical imbalances often return to a harmonious state, though this is not the primary focus of this approach.

Hi, I'm Anna

I am a shiatsu therapist and psychologist.

The evolution of my work has been shaped primarily by gentle fascia release techniques, Ampuku, and Seiki Soho. My training also includes deep relaxation practices, breathwork, focusing, and guided imagery. I am deeply interested in dream work as well, which I see as another window into the body’s innate intelligence.

My curiosity about the deeper dimensions of bodily experience comes from a desire to understand how emotions and life events reside within us, and how authentic connection with another can help restore connection with oneself.

I’m available both in person and online, using different forms of somatic processing.
